Little Explorers is a private learning centre opening its door in June 2024!
Children within the full spectrum of intellectual and development disabilities (I/DD) are considered for admission, including, but not limited to, those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, traumatic brain injury and other syndromes associated with I/DD.
Admission Process
There are several steps to our admission process at The Little Explorer:
An initial inquiry is made by the parent/guardian, to which a reply is sent by Little Explorers with admissions-related information.
Parents complete the Application Form and pay the non-refundable application fee of 2500 THB.
Little Explorers receives the child’s current education plan (if they have one), recent evaluations and important information about the child.
The parent/guardian arranges for an initial tour with the child to Little Explorers community for a visit.
If further evaluation of the child is required then they may be asked to return for added session participation or the teacher may request to visit the child at their existing placement or speak with their current teachers.
The application fee is a once only non-refundable payment. This payment must be submitted at the same time that the application is made. Submitting an application to Little Explorers does not guarantee a space for a child. The pastoral and management team will review all applications.
Note:
If you do not meet our requirements then the admission process fill finish at this point. However, if you do meet with our requirement and guideline then we will continue to proceed with the admission process.
If the students are accepted to Little Explorers then the parent/carer welcome package will be issued with required pre-starting forms.
